Senior Marketing Manager

Responsible for overall marketing of FusionOps products and services. Specifically, these include activities directly tied to sales support and the sales process such as market segmentation and identifying appropriate value proposition, prospect database development, managing inside sales processes, driving lead generation programs, creating sales tools and driving competitive analysis. The right person would have a successful track record in a related startup, is well connected and understands the relationship between marketing and sales revenue. This position reports to the CEO. Background includes:

• 3-5 years senior marketing role
• Manufacturing, supply chain, ERP domain expertise
• Managed lead generation programs
• Developed sales tools
• Demonstrable track record

Inside Sales Representative

We seek exceptionally motivated individual to join our Sales Organization to drive our inside sales activities. The selected person will primarily focus on qualifying and generating new leads. In addition, for about 25% of their time, they will assist outside Corporate sales with lead qualification and development. This position requires 2-3 years work experience in call-based sales (either phone or in-person), a college degree, a major positive attitude, and an unbridled desire to succeed. Must be a team player and have excellent communication skills. Knowledge in Manufacturing and Supply Chain a Plus.

Senior Software Engineer

Interacting with clients to understand their business problems; Managing implementation projects for customers, starting from gathering requirements to development, testing, deployment, and production support; Coordinating with offshore SAP technical consultants; Working with customers’ IT departments to resolve FusionOps application related networking, configuration, and deployment issues as well as integrating the FusionOps application with their ERP systems; and Working on the application platform to design new modules and functionality for the existing software product using the latest software technologies.

Masters Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or related field. The position also requires three years of  related experience. Must also have knowledge of J2EE, Java GUI, Swing, developing web based applications for client & server side, lifecycle management.
