FusionOps: Thanks for speaking with us today, Sunil, Hetah, Paul and Niki. Sunil, tell us a little about Mahindra.

Sunil: Mahindra is Indian-based company. It’s a $17 billion group. What we have is a dealer network which is 500 dealers across North America.

FusionOps: How did you gather supply chain information before FusionOps

Paul: Prior to FusionOps, a business manager would have to pull a report himself, parse the data to his territory, maybe make a call or two to see what was coming, what a dealer had. So FusionOps allows our business managers or field reps to be able to analyze their data at whatever level that they’re capable of.

FusionOps: Can you tell us how FusionOps helps you manage your business differently?

Sunil: FusionOps has really helped us in having this visibility across. And the entire organization speaks one language. I would be very proud to say that FusionOps has helped us not only increase our business, increase our retails, it has also helped us in ensuring our inventory. FusionOps: What’s one of the first things you gained from FusionOps?

Niki: Now, the guys can access all of their own state-wise data, dealer-wise data, real-time, fast, whenever they need to. The dashboards are a lifesaver for me. I love the dashboard. The data that they have now at a click of a button, they’ll have a lot more time to sell more tractors and really see where they need to go.

FusionOps: How does FusionOps fit into your overall Cloud strategy?

Sunil: When I see all this data available on a cloud-based technology, it becomes much easier to access this data. So I am very, very confident that FusionOps is the right company for us, and it’s a cloud-based thing.

FusionOps: How do you find working with the FusionOps solution?

Sunil: Honestly speaking, this is a very, very easy tool to work with. On one button, you actually know, in your entire system of North America, how much is the inventory you are carrying. When you have a picture like this, it becomes much easier to analyze that.

Hetah (CFO): Ease of use comes from those innovations and quick support and the speed of that, which my team loves.
