Who is a Full User?

A Full User is any person who can review, slice and dice data, and create or customize dashboard metrics. Users with a subscription license can access all of the features of FusionOps Insight, including the ability to create and modify new business intelligence dashboards and metrics.

Who is a Dashboard User?

A dashboard user is any person who may review, slice and dice business intelligence dashboard metrics – but may not create or customize metrics. Dashboard Users with a subscription license may access metrics and collaborate with other users via the FusionOps Insight shared analytics feed.

What is a Subject Area?

A subject area is an area of your supply chain or manufacturing operations that you can analyze using FusionOps Insight’s business intelligence dashboards, reports and metrics. Order Fulfillment, Procurement, Inventory and Production Planning would be considered separate subject areas.

What is a Data Source?

Data sources include enterprise resource planning systems, such as SAP, and other on-premise or cloud databases like, flat files, Oracle. Insight has pre-built connectors for SAP, that extract transmit and load data into our dashboards for easy supply chain analysis. Additional data sources are reserved for Enterprise customers.
