Inside Sales

Responsibilities
• Identify, generate, propose and close sales opportunities over the phone, and through emails
• Generate sales by cold/warm calling current and prospective customers
• Follow-up with warm leads generated from our company website
• Maintain and administrate Salesforce.com
• Identify opportunities by reviewing web analytics tools, Salesforce and Marketo
• Respond to customer inquiries

Requirements
• B2B software sales experience
• Experience working in Business Intelligence is a plus
• Proficient with Salesforce.com, Windows and MS Office products
• Excellent communications skills, outgoing and persuasive
• Ability to self-manage and work in a structured/unstructured environment
• Ability to learn new things quickly, without much oversight
• Eagerness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree a plus

Java Developer

FusionOps is looking for exceptionally talented developers to join our top-notch technology team. Responsibilities
• Build new features, maintain existing ones for our Java based multi-tenant platform
• Key developer for customer support and implementations
• Understand customer requirements and configure our software to meet those requirements
• Work in a small team and regularly communicate with customers.

Requirements
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in Java web applications and server side development
• Highly proficient with Core Java, JDBC, Servlets, multi-threading
• Thorough understanding of object oriented concepts and design
• 5+ years experience with leading database including complex SQL and stored procedures (MySQL experience is a plus)
• Demonstrable query optimization and database performance tuning skills
• Good working knowledge of XML
• Multi-Dimensional data modeling and data warehouse experience is a plus
• Development experience on Unix/Linux

• Ability to understand the business requirements from technical perspective
• Ability to take initiative
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently in startup environment
